Study Recruitment
NIS Labs is looking for women and men – ages 40-75, BMI 25-34.9 – to participate in a clinical study. Participants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Cholesterol level between 200-300mg/dL
- Triglyceride level between 150-300 mg/dL
The study requires participants to consume a nutritional product, Golden Black Seed, daily for 8 weeks. At study start, the 4 week visit and at the end of the 8 week study participants will come to NIS Labs for a blood draw, blood pressure and to complete 2 questionnaires. A body fat composition test (DEXA) will happen at the baseline and 8 week visits.
Participants will be compensated for their time.
Participants must reside in Klamath Falls or the surrounding area.
